Remembrance Day
Thank you to all those who attended our Remembrance Sunday services, including our act of corporate remembrance at the War Memorial.
It is right and proper that we remember, honour and give thanks for those who gave their lives for this nation. It is also right we thank those who currently serve in our Armed Forces.
A special thank you to the Deputy Mayor of Ellesmere Port for attending, as well as to all those who laid wreaths. We would also like to thank Richard Berry, who surrendered the Willaston Royal British Legion Standard to be hung in church in perpetuity, as memorial to those who serve and have our country.
Finally, a very special thank you to those who prepared the church for our remembrance services.
